Same here, seeing it being 30% for EU and 15% for USA

I also received this scam email. How did they manage to send this email from aits[AT]apple.com? This email address is in Apple's domain.

Just got a confirmation from iTunes Finance team: this email is Not a scam. We need t reply to it.

I thought your small developer identity will stop in the following calendar year.
