URGENT: Please Help Me Get EduPlateforme Reviewed — No Response to Expedited Review Request, School Contracts at Risk
Hello everyone, I'm sincerely asking for help because I don't know what else to do, and I'm becoming increasingly worried about the future of my project. I submitted my first iOS application, EduPlateforme, for App Review on October 20, 2026, at 7:38 AM Mauritania time. EduPlateforme is a school-management platform designed for licensed schools and their authorized users, including parents and school administrators. My app is still showing “Waiting for Review.” I submitted an expedited review request approximately two hours before I first sought help here, hoping Apple could review my application sooner. However, I haven't received any confirmation, acknowledgment, approval, or rejection. I genuinely don't know whether my expedited request was successfully received or whether anyone has considered it. I've already tried contacting Apple through the usual support channels and by email, but I haven't managed to get a response or find someone who can clarify the situation. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a reliable way to reach the appropriate team, and I'm turning to this community as a last resort. This is much more than just an app waiting for approval for me. I've invested a tremendous amount of time, effort, and resources into building EduPlateforme and turning it into a real business. I have contracts with schools, and the timely release of the iOS application is important to fulfilling my commitments and maintaining their trust. I'm genuinely afraid that if this delay continues, I could lose contracts and valuable business relationships that I've worked extremely hard to establish. As a young developer trying to build a sustainable business, this is a very stressful situation. These opportunities matter enormously to me, and I don't want to disappoint the schools that are counting on my platform. I completely understand that Apple has review procedures and that every developer must comply with them. I'm not asking for my application to bypass Apple's rules or receive approval without proper review. I'm simply asking for help getting EduPlateforme reviewed as soon as reasonably possible, or finding out what happened to my expedited review request. If anyone from Apple Developer Relations, App Review, or Developer Support sees this, could you please help me escalate the issue to the appropriate team? If another developer has experienced this situation and found a legitimate way to get an expedited request acknowledged or a delayed submission escalated, I would be incredibly grateful if you could share your experience. And if anyone here has a way to direct this matter to the right people at Apple, please, I sincerely ask you to help me. I've worked very hard to bring EduPlateforme this far. I don't want to lose the business opportunities I've built simply because I cannot obtain a response or even confirmation that my request has been received. Thank you sincerely to everyone who takes the time to read this. Any genuine advice, assistance, or direction would mean a great deal to me.
