Under the name of my company, appear an option that ask me ... "Who is the Beneficial Owner? " You can choose between : Individual, Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity, Limited Liability - Partnership, Other... I choose Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity I m not sure if the form W-9 is the right for me because my other online business is about selling books on amazon and there the form that I m using is W8-BEN
