They never reply to messages...

Here is the screenshot for the parental gate: And this is what they wrote to me in the review: "To resolve this issue, please update your app to incorporate a parental gate before the user can access external content or engage in commerce and ensure that the parental gate cannot be disabled." What do they want!?

How did your appeal go? I'm facing the same issue...
