Our first app (Apple ID 6812830390) was submitted on 5 October and was never opened by App Review. We resubmitted it as version 1.0.1 on 14 October and the expedited review request was accepted the same day, but it is still Waiting for Review. We accepted the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement on 18 October. The developer account page confirms it ("Issued October 14, 2026. Accepted October 18, 2026."), but App Store Connect still shows the banner saying the agreement needs to be reviewed, the Free Apps Agreement still reads "Active (New Agreement Available)", and the app shows Cannot Sell in every territory. Support cases 102994334515 and 103001365442 are open with no reply yet. Has anyone seen the agreement status hold a review like this, and how was it cleared? Thank you.
