Hi HudsonSchumaker Yes, it is possible to upload apps to the App Store even if they were not made with Xcode. Apple does recommend that you do use Xcode to make your apps, You can upload it normally using App Store connect. Hope it helps.

I think that SharePlay does work on iPadOS. I think that there is a problem with the SharePlay API or with your app.
