I am the Account Holder (Tomasz Polak). I'm completely blocked since April. App Store Connect shows my app is live and says "Active (New Agreement Available)". But developer.apple.com/account shows "Enroll today" and doesn't see my active membership. This loop happened after address verification issues. I cannot accept the new license agreement or update my app. Support has not responded for months. My business is completely stuck. Please fix my account status manually.
