Odd, this happened to me as well. It noted that it could take up to 48 hours. I waited about 36 and contacted support not through email but through live support. After about 10 mins the agent on the other side had this resolved for me. For me the issue was the address on credit card used did not match the home address I had used, even though they processed the payment. Best of luck!

This is happening to me as well, these were my deltas, MKCoordinateSpan(latitudeDelta: 0.01, longitudeDelta: 0.01), however, moving them one decimal lower to 0.1 solved my issue and allowed the preview to build as well as the simulator to stop crashing.
