Thanks for your respond! I did modify the app description field in App Store Connect to not mention that website. Updated for multiple localizations. "app description field" is the one I understand from what Appstorereview suggest to take action.

What I did: Modified app's description to other website (Updated for multiple localizations). Modified config, meta data in-app to not link to that website.
