Thanks for your reply! I apologize for my earlier unclear wording. I mentioned those deployment target details only to point out that the static library’s deployment target is much lower than 26.0 (so this doesn’t appear to be caused by an overly high deployment-target setting). Even if I set the deployment targets of both projects to iOS 18.0, the issue still occurs.

I have had similar experiences and agree with this answer. Additionally, it seems that app installation, console logging, etc. can all be switched to USB normally, only the debugger won't switch. Everything goes fast if I deselect 'Debug executable', but as soon as debugging starts, the speed becomes as slow as using a WiFi connection.
