Glad to hear we are not alone. Out of curiosity, do you have a TestFlight build in App Store Connect that is messed up? This all seemed to start with a build that was released, that in App Store Connect I'm not able to "Expire Build". And, when I click on it, I can only see the "Build Metadata" info, but can't access the "Test Information". No idea if that is related, but the issue seemed to start with that messed up build.
