Completely blocked from Apple Developer Program enrollment — identity verification issue + cannot create new Apple Account (Case #102976894449)
Hi everyone, I've been completely blocked from enrolling in the Apple Developer Program for nearly three weeks now, and I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can point me in the right direction. The situation: I purchased a second-hand Mac, and when I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, the identity verification was tied to a previous owner's Apple Account that was still active on the device. I didn't realize this at the time. I contacted Apple Developer Support (case #102976894449) on September 26th, explained the situation in full, and provided supporting documentation including the purchase invoice. I received two responses early on, but since October 2nd — nearly two weeks ago — there has been complete silence despite multiple follow-up messages. I also called Apple Developer Support directly, but the representative was unable to explain the cause of the enrollment error. To make things worse, I recently tried creating a brand new Apple Account with different credentials to start fresh, but I'm now getting the error: "Your account cannot be created at this time." So I am now blocked on two fronts: My existing Apple Account cannot complete enrollment due to the identity verification issue I cannot even create a new Apple Account What I need: A reset of the identity verification so I can complete enrollment OR removal of whatever block is preventing new account creation I have 11 apps fully developed and ready for the App Store. This is causing real financial damage. Case #102976894449 Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there any way to escalate beyond standard support? Thanks in advance.
