Really this spam attacking is normal for you with suggestion keywords !!! or you want to write something as spam here !!! check developers all developers changed app name to good or in app events too good for create this attack. I paid for search ads and I don't let scammer play like this don't worry and I know how to stop scammer.

@MobileTen you can't see the keywords !!! its not hard to change my app name and add good words to my app ,after try to download my apps with robots systems , but I am not cheater like these developers. I stop this scam system like before and what's your problem with my subject,check keywords is not normal downloaded with robots and for example good PDF Scanner is not normal app name and same days other developer change app name to good fax and other one good voice recorder this is one attack.

Here is a forum to talk about the concerns & the best place to share the images & links. All these details are not shareable via talking on the phone . Growing spammers in Appstore should be considered, If not, People will lose their trust and might become interested in other Markets so that's why its important.
