Hi! Thank you for describing this problem in such detail. I think I'm in the same situation with a German Apple Account. In the Apple Developer app, the only document offered for identity verification was a driver's license. I don't have one, but I do have a valid passport. Now the app shows that enrollment through the app is not available for my account and suggests continuing on the website. On the website, I can proceed to payment, but there hasn't been any document check so far. I have contacted Developer Support and I'm waiting for their reply. Has anyone had a similar experience? I would be very grateful for any advice, especially if someone paid on the website and was then able to verify their identity with a passport. Thank you, and have a nice day!
