App is being rejected, Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed. "...we need access to a video that demonstrates the current version of your app in use on a physical iOS device, pairing and interacting with the designated hardware."I have created the video, demonstrating the full app and have attached it to the "App Review Information". They keep rejecting the app asking for a video. But the video is attached! They won't tell me what's wrong with the video I attached. Any advice? Thank you.
