I actually noticed this! A coworker was able to upload it, but it was also close to 1 pm (EDT) when it was uploaded.

I attempted to upload to TestFlight at exactly 2 pm (EDT) and it worked for me!! A few minutes before, I was making some attempts to upload and it all got that error. When it became 2pm and I tried again, it worked!
