Same thing on iPhone 13P. All 3rd party apps using location services seem to be broken. Also with google maps, sometimes the cursor and the map view freeze and the location somehow gets updated out of view (the blue line receeds forward and is replaced by gray). Apple maps works perfectly fine though.
