Bro, It's because you are using a Bank Card. We are saying like that in Turkey but if it's diffirent in Greek i don't know. If you use Credit Card for payment, problem will be solved. But I purchased the Developer program and still waiting for approving. Did you experience the similar issue something like that. Thanks, grettings from Izmir.
