Dear Team, I have no other way to contact Apple Dev support than on forum and via tickets, also: The payment attempt reaches the processing stage and then fails with: "Your payment authorisation failed." I have tested multiple payment methods, including American Express. No OTP, bank approval request, push notification, or authorization attempt is received by the card issuer during the payment process. This suggests the transaction may not be reaching the payment gateway in bank.
