We’re experiencing a similar issue with our app as well — over 2 weeks with no updates.
Not sure if reviews can actually get stuck or “lost” in the queue, or if this is just a current backlog.
Has anyone recently had their app delayed this long and then suddenly reviewed? Or is it better to contact Apple directly instead of resubmitting?
Any insight would really help.
