When a company takes money and provides no service, no status, and no support, users have every right to speak publicly about it. Yes, maybe no one on this forum can fix it directly. But public visibility matters. Threads like this are often the only way to show how this process actually works for real users. If Apple positions this program as a professional, paid service, then basic communication and transparency should be the minimum expectation. I’m posting this not to “spam”, but to confirm: this is not an isolated case. The problem is real, and it affects multiple developers.
