Was able to get this fixed. I dont know if the fix happened from their side, but i updated xcode and setup up payment iin apply wallet(dont know if this was even relevant to fix) and it works now

Following same issue with me, Did you get any updates or any fix. This has been raised as an internal bug after i complained and showed other similar threads

Even right now in Nov 2025 I face the same issue, payment has been set and everything else. Same error
