I’m not aware of any ongoing issues. And I usually do notice such things based on both internal and external reports [1]. The developer agreements did change recently, so it’s possible that this error message is accurate, that is, your team’s Account Holder need to accept to the latest agreements. Can you check with them about that?
Thanks for getting back to me. I checked with our account holder, and it turns out we just needed to sign the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement that was released a few days ago.
