I also have the same question. There is no mention of the License Agreement requirements in the App Store Connect or TestFlight documentation. Can someone provide any insight?

I am the account.owner and having the same issue connecting from a Windows machine to App Store Connect. I tried on 8/24/23 with edge and Firefox and when I try to select one of our apps, I get the following message; "Sorry, something went wrong. Try your request again. If the problem continues, contact us." enclosed in a light read rectangle. Clearly something has change since I last was checking app status several days ago.

I am still confused by this new Age Rating declaration update. The section in App Store Connect we are instructed to go to called "App Information" where the Age Rating declaration questionnaire is located has a statement at the top which says "To make changes to the app name, category, or privacy policy, create a new app version. All other changes will be immediately available." The Age Rating section should fall under "All other changes will be immediately available." and should allow me to edit/update it, but I cannot. Someone from Apple should fix this or clarify the items which would need a new version submission if that is the case, but does not make sense if it indeed is.
