The account is more than 10 years old. I offered them to provide my IDs, our company certificates etc... They said they don't need anything. The problem is that they don't give any indication about the time needed. What if they don't answer after 6 months? By googling the situation I have found people who have been waiting for 4 months without an answer. We are thinking about resubmitting a modified version of the app with a different account. Do you think is very risky?
