Hey im having the same issues.. Says uploading and then gets stuck on sending analysis to App Store Connect. macOS 26.3.1a Xcode 26.4

I deleted all the files and folders of Xcode on my Mac, re installed and it's still doing it..

anyone got an update for this, I never got a reply from apple support either.
