I'm in the same boat and waiting for a response on my case as well. Have been waiting for a week+ so far. They recently contacted me regarding verification and was told to submit some documents for verification. Has been 2 days since I submitted those documents. I'm thinking it will probably take until mid next week to pass. It's very slow unfortunately.
