I don't think this is local, I've tried VPNs, different devices, different WiFis (and 5G) and all the usual restarts/clearing of cache etc and still no dice (directly at appstoreconnect that is, the appleid workaround is the only thing that works for me). @jhhl, are you able to log into appleid.apple.com? If so, try going to developer.apple.com > Account and then going to AppStoreConnect from there.
