Could Apple publish a minimal watchOS sample (or a short written contract) for HKObserverQuery + enableBackgroundDelivery that finishes CSLHandleBackgroundHealthKitQueryAction without SIGKILL? We still crash (bug_type 309, 15s wall-clock) even when the observer only calls completionHandler immediately—no query, no scoring. CPU is ~0%; main thread idle in CFRunLoop. This doesn’t look like “too much work.”
