App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since Aug 21 (ACPR Account Status).
Our application has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status since Friday, August 21, 2026. Our contact portal indicates that our developer account has an ACPR (AppleCare Partner Relations) reference hold. We understand this represents an internal compliance or account-level identity review. Our account information perfectly matches our official Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) profile for our legal entity. We have raised multiple front-line support requests but have received no replies, as our support queue appears blocked by this internal hold. We have all official corporate verification documents ready to provide immediately to an assigned investigator through a secure, private ticket. We are requesting an Apple engineer or forum moderator to please escalate our case internally to the AppleCare Partner Relations team so we can privately submit our identity verification documents and clear this block. Submission ID: 5a30cda7-918a-43fb-9bfc-0a1b2ee13b97 Support Case ID: 20000128863068 Thank you for your assistance in routing this to the appropriate compliance department.

No response from App Review for 10+ days after Resolution Center reply – Guideline 4.3
Hello Apple App Review Team, I'm looking for guidance regarding an App Review case that appears to be pending without a response. Our app was rejected under Guideline 4.3. We responded to the App Review Team through the Resolution Center with a detailed clarification regarding the app's purpose and functionality. Timeline: July 27: App rejected under Guideline 4.3. July 28: We responded through the Resolution Center. August 4: We sent a follow-up through the Resolution Center. August 5: We opened an Apple Developer Support case regarding the pending review. August 10: We still have not received a response from App Review or Developer Support. Developer Support Case ID: 20000128863068 We have also attempted to contact Developer Support by phone but have not received a call. The latest TestFlight build has already passed Beta App Review and is available for external testing. We have intentionally held off submitting the latest build for production while waiting for clarification on the current review. We completely understand that App Review can take time, and we are not trying to bypass or challenge the review process. We would simply appreciate it if an Apple team member could check the status of Case 20000128863068 and confirm whether the Resolution Center case is still actively under review, or whether any additional information or action is required from our side. Thank you for your assistance
