I’m so sorry! I am based in the US. I sign into my dev account, go to the support tab & submit a ticket. Under the ticket you have the options to email/call. I think the call option is only available during business hours. On 2/19 I was told how this wasn’t normal so they assigned me a Senior Agent & they told me to message/leave voicemail if I didnt hear back in another 24-36 hours. I messaged yesterday afternoon 2/23 & no response. I called from ticket today 2/24, was on hold & no one answered
