Having the same question. For my app, it's nearly impossible for users to consume exactly 100%, as the the in-app consumption cost is not flat. Many user who consumed more than 90% got refunded multiple times. Not sure how much Apple value the consumption request response. If ConsumptionStatus is an important factor, wish we could provide more granular data for different consumption threshold
