Hello, I sent 2 emails already and have not gotten any response. I resubmitted an app but still no answer. I don't what to do. Pls help :(

Hello I already sent 2 email and haven't got a response. I resubmitted one of the apps to see if that will "unblock" my submission but still "waiting for review" state. I don't what else could I do, pls help :(
