I've been trying for about a month to activate the Apple Developer account so we can publish our company's app. Apple already canceled our previous enrollment, so we started a new one under the company's owner, who has the legal authority. We've submitted the requested documents and are now waiting again.

I have already submitted the requested documents and am now waiting for the next steps. It seems that posting here helped move the process forward.
