@blocknineteen Thanks for including me and my case id into your email. I appreciate it! Unfortunately, my developer account hasn't changed and I still see the "Enroll" section in my account and I can't access the certificate, id, profile page. I will try to contact Apple again on Monday.

I just encountered this exact issue now. I see the same symptoms others have mentioned. I also got an email about uploading verification documents a few weeks back and I did them, but there was never any follow up email so I assume it was fine and it was past 14 days.
