This issue hasn't been solved yet. It has now been 1 MONTH since I re-submitted my documents. I will lose my account because Apple Support is slow.

On August 24, my membership expires and my apps get removed from the App Store, along with my entire income.

Dealing with a similar issue. Apple requested additional documents on June 30. I provided them July 1st. They didn't get verified within 2 weeks, so my account got disabled without any notice. I contacted support and the case has been "escalated" since July 20. Multiple emails and phone calls later, it's still not solved. For almost a month I haven't been able to update my apps. My membership expires August 24. If this doesn't get fixed, I lose all my published apps and revenue.
