We've encountered a similar situation. Our enterprise accounts are set to expire on 7/23. I completed the renewal survey back in April but have yet to receive any response.
I attempted to contact Apple's support team, but they informed me that the enterprise team operates separately and cannot be reached directly.
Our company depends heavily on this program, and I'm starting to feel very anxious about the renewal process :(
Is there an email address or a contact person you could connect me with? Any information is super appreciated!
