I’ve seen many people were able to fix the issue thanks to @robertobado’s instructions. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. When I reopened the app, it showed the initial setup screen asking to connect to the iPhone again. However, I couldn’t press the 'Continue' button, it kept flashing repeatedly. :(
