We use AppTweak for ASO. It is by far the most comprehensive ASO tool out there. They have extensive keyword research features in many languages and a great ASO timeline feature to spy on competitor metadata updates, A/B tests and In-App Events. They have a great support team and many recourses to learn about ASO.

You can use AppTweak's automated exports to export your App Store and Google Play data into csv. - very easy solution.

AppTweak for ASO - I have tested several platforms but always return to AppTweak. They recently added an Apple Search Ads management platform too.
