Same failure signature for our team 9WGPXDVM8B on a newly registered App ID (com.bleacherbrag.app, created 2026-08-30): "Sign-Up Not Completed", akd AKSQLError -6003 while fetching the developer team, AKAuthenticationError -7034 delivered to the app. An older App ID on the same team (created 2026-08-06) signs in normally on the same device and Apple Account, and both App IDs show identical PRIMARY_APP_CONSENT settings in the App Store Connect API.
