Reply to Apple Developer Account not activated 5 days after purchase
I’ve honestly never received service this bad from a company and I’m going to say it again because it’s true: I have never, ever gotten such terrible service from any company. I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and it’s been stuck for 4 months. Every time I try, the Apple Developer app fails with an identity verification problem. So I contact support, and they tell me they’ll send an email. The email says to use the Apple Developer app to enroll. I reply and explain that I already did and it doesn’t work because the identity verification keeps failing. Then they reply again with the exact same thing: “use the Apple Developer app.” And I’m back to the same failure. Over and over. This is the worst support experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never received service this bad from a company. It feels like nobody is actually reading what I’m writing or looking at the real issue — just copy-pasting the same answer. I don’t need the same instructions again. I need someone to actually troubleshoot or escalate this properly: what exactly is failing on your side, can my enrollment/verification state be reset, and is there any alternative way to complete enrollment if the app verification keeps failing?
