I seem to be able to add users now, but now there's no notification that they've been added to the build (the email you normally get)

Something is really weird, it lets me download a new build still showing as 'Waiting for Review'

now my beta link shows "This beta isn't accepting any new testers right now." when I have it linked to an approved older build? What is happening with TestFlight my lord
