Hi to everyone, I was facing the same problem today because I had to accept the new Terms and Agreement of Apple for paid apps. It may be foolish, but I've just switched browser, I was looking the page on Chrome and it didn't work, so I changed to Edge and it worked. So maybe try this and it could work. UPDATE WORKS I've just tried again and it works. Reload the page and upload your screenshots to verify. @apple should advise all of us when they know there is an issue and when they are working on it...
