I have the same issue - initially submitted in the kids category, and then changed the category. I keep getting rejected, even though kids category is not selected and set the age to 13+. The reviewers are incredibly unhelpful, take weeks to respond, and ignore every message. I submitted this update in November, and it still isn't resolved. I even escalated to the Review board and they still aren't helpful and don't provide any guidance whatsoever.
