I'm in education and health care, so thank God I got out. The app store is one of the many frustrations. I'm trying to update an old Mac for my wife for one specific piece of software... TRY SEARCHING FOR MACOS MONTEREY or any of the OSes. You can find it via google, then open the link in the app store, but it won't even show up in Apple's search. THEN, when you try to install it, it says the update is unavailable. OS12. MACOS 12, unavailable in the Apple app store....
