Hello, I’m the owner and authorized representative of the organization associated with our D‑U‑N‑S number. When I try to sign in to Apple Developer, I’m told that the account is locked and to contact Apple Developer Support. I opened a support case and have been communicating with support by email as the phone number I gave a call said they cannot help me on this through the phone. They asked me to provide documents, which I uploaded as requested. I’ve followed up, but haven’t received a response or confirmation that the documents were received. It has now been several weeks. This is preventing us from accessing the account and releasing apps for our clients and our company. Could anyone advise on the right way to get a status update or escalate the case, and whether any further information might be needed?
