Hello Albert, this is the issue—which is why we’re forced to post about it on the forum. Apple needs to take a brief pause from developing ultra-secure phones and instead invest in strengthening its support team. The same problems have persisted for years, and they continue unchanged. I’ve even submitted a support request, yet nothing has happened. What’s truly absurd is that the support team itself appears unaware of the root causes of these issues.
