Exactly the same thing happened to me. I enrolled, paid, and sent the requested documents, and still nothing. It was very fast for Apple to take my money, but when I tried to get a call with them, after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting for someone on the line, I was left with a message saying, "Goodbye." I am far beyond frustrated now. What a bad experience. What is even more outrageous is that nobody gets back to me or tells me what is going on. still waiting...
