@trungtuyentran , yes this is a bug in Apple Health itself.

We've noticed the same thing. User who are experiencing it had workouts written to Apple Health via our app in the past and we've recently added new permissions to read activities in from Apple Health to our app. Doing what you mentioned above is also the best fix we have found. Really nasty bug.
