i am having same issue but on iphone 7/X on ios 15/16 when taking raw photos. Has anyone been able to figure out the issue?

i have same issue where apple payment was returned by my bank. i contacted my bank and they asked me to provide them with the swift transfer number so that they can investigate. i emailed apple finance support asking for same but did not receive a reply. so for now i am stuck without receiving my money. Have you been able to sort it out? were you eventually able to receive the money in your bank account?
